Application For A Study Leave
Who administer study leave?
The Ministry of the Public Service through Training and Development Department administer study leave for all public officers in consultation with their respective ministries.
What are the requirements?
- Completion of probation period
- Nomination by Ministry accompanied with approved training plan
- Applicants should not be older than 45 years and should have enough time to serve the bonding agreement after the completion of their studies.
- Proposed course, dates, duration and institution
- NMDS loan bursary clearance form
Application letter
Where do I apply?Submit application together with required documentation to Training and Development Department 3 months in advance. If application is approved, applicant will be required to sign a bonding agreement.
