Organistional Development Department

Functions

• To review and reorganize organizational structures for ministries/ departments and agencies.
• To facilitate development /review of strategic plans for Government ministries / departments and agencies
• To manage the civil service establishment.

The Department Is Divided Into (2) Sections With The Following Functions
Organisational Analysis

• To conduct management audit for ministries/departments and agencies.
• To facilitate in the development of strategic plans and restructuring of ministries/departments and agencies.
• To update and maintain the establishment list of the civil service
• To review the policy and guidelines for establishment management

Operational Analysis

• To undertake studies on quality of service delivery by line ministries.
• To develop/review organizational systems and procedures and advice accordingly.
• To oversee implementation of the Performance Management System within the civil service.
• To review and redesign HR related forms to ensure alignment with Public Service Regulations.
