Mr. Ts’eliso Lesenya was born on the 3rd January1977 in the Maseru district. He obtained his highest qualification in Master of International Relations and Democratic Politics in 2017 from the University of Westminister, London, Uk. He also obtained B.A Hons in Political Science in 2004 from the University of free State.
Mr. Lesenya is currently the Principal Secretary for the Ministry of the Public Service since 2017. From 2015 to 2017, Mr. Lesenya worked as an Executive Secretary for Basotho National Party (BNP), he was also appointed as an Administration Manager in Butha –Buthe district council from 2010 -2015. In 2009, he resumed the duties at the Puthiatsana local council, following hisappointment in 2005 at the Rafolatsane local council in Mokhotlong. Mr. Lesenya was appointed Acting District council Secretary in Butha- buthe from September 2010 to April 2011.
